Some notable previous transactions include Ben representing the Amarillo Economic Development Corporation in the purchase of 190 acres of land on Georgia, a portion of which is being developed into a 200,000-sqaure-foot Cacique food processing facility. He assisted Amazon in the purchase of 110 acres of land being developed into a 1,000,000 sf distribution facility. Ben also handled the sale of 105 acres of land from Attebury Elevators to Caviness Beef Packers that is being developed into a new ground beef facility.
