J. Gaut, CCIM, SIOR 

J. Gaut is the 4th generation of Gauts' in the Amarillo real estate market. After 35 years, J has developed a specialty of assisting buyers with their acquisitions of land, investment properties, net leased properties and 1031 exchange alternatives.

J is a CCIM and SIOR designee. In addition, he is an Advisory Director for First Capital Bank of Texas and sits on the Advisory Board at the University of Texas School of Social Work.

J attended New Mexico Military Institute and graduated from the University of Texas, Austin in 1982 with a degree in International Business. J. enjoys saltwater fly fishing and golf. He and his wife Julianne have two sons, Roy and Jeff.
