With a wealth of experience in asset management, Courtney Williams has over five years of experience expertly navigating the complexities of commercial property oversight. At Golden Spread Electric Cooperative, Inc., she successfully managed 115,944 square feet of commercial office space and 3,200 square feet of warehouse space. A dedicated professional, she spearheaded multiple capital improvement projects, including parking garage structural assessments and repairs; building efficiency upgrades, such as window film replacements, seal coat applications, and critical HVAC/EMS upgrades; tenant improvements; and security enhancements. Additionally, her management experience extended beyond property assets to include office management for Golden Spread’s over 50,000 square feet of corporate office space. Her office management responsibilities included resource management, supply inventory management, and front office practices.
After joining Gaut Whittenburg Emerson Property Management in March 2024, Courtney hit the ground running. She now manages over 136,000 square feet of commercial office space and has taken the lead on managing construction projects across all properties. By implementing a robust project management process, she ensures projects are delivered on time and to the highest satisfaction of our customers. Courtney’s keen eye for detail and strategic vision are integral to her continued success in property management.
